Attendee Acquisition Roundtable (AAR) is an interactive sharing and networking experience for professionals responsible for attendee acquisition and retention, including executives, show managers, marketing management, digital and social media specialists, research managers, content managers, creatives, registration managers, and list managers. Attendance is limited to 20-25 qualified marketers, depending on venue. In just one day, AAR exposes forward-thinking marketers to new tactics, fresh strategies that have been proven to work, and valuable career contacts.

CEMEligible for 6.5 IAEE CEM recertification hours.

AAR accepts no more than two attendees per organization. You'll meet and share with marketers from these organizations and many others.

Registration and Fees

  1. Once your registration is accepted, your credit card will be charged $375 for the first participant, and $275 for the second participant from the same organization.
  2. Cancellations more than two weeks before AAR receive full refunds. Qualified substitutes are always welcome. No refunds for cancellations within two weeks of AAR.
  3. AAR attendance is limited and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Register today to ensure your spot.
