Washington, DC

Registration Opens Soon

You Only Need These 2 Reasons

REASON 1:

Top-to-Top Networking

ECEF is the only event where 200 executives from associations and independent organizers can meet and discuss emerging opportunities. ECEF encourages networking in numerous ways:

  • Roster of attendees with photos—Before you arrive at ECEF you'll receive a roster of attendees and their photos. Be prepared with a list of executives you want to meet. At ECEF, the roster will be included in your event binder.
  • Pre-event Networking Reception—Tuesday evening reception brings together 100+ executives for relaxed networking.
  • Breakfast—The networking resumes first thing Wednesday morning.
  • Self-introductions—Introduce yourself to 200 peers.
  • Lunch—Assigned seating ensures that everyone makes new contacts.
  • Extended networking breaks—Two 40-minute breaks ensure productive networking.
  • LinkedIn group—It's a year-round conversation...an opportunity to consult and engage with an elite community in a safe, moderated space. Join now and get started.

REASON 2:

C-level Program

ECEF attendees value a program dedicated to keeping your organization, your brand, and your event relevant. Through good times and bad, ECEF has consistently pointed the way forward with sessions carefully curated by Sam Lippman:

  • Forward-thinking keynotes—Set aside your pre-conceived assumptions for a refreshing perspective on what's just around the corner. You may not always agree with the opening or closing keynoter, but you'll never be bored.
  • Exclusive research—Lippman Connects and Exhibit Surveys collaborate year-round on surveys of event organizers. Get hard data on the practices of executives, exhibit and sponsorship sales departments, and attendee marketing departments.
  • Frank and focused discussion—Take one day a year to freely exchange ideas with peers who think "boardroom" and speak "executive." These 200 executives understand your challenges and share an enthusiasm for face-to-face events.
  • Immediate take-aways—You'll come away with a new horizon as well as innovations you'll want to implement ASAP.
  • Moderated by Sam Lippman—Over the years, ECEF has established a reputation for staying on point and running on time—features of all Lippman Connects events. In addition to his more than three decades in exhibition management, Sam is in demand as a meeting facilitator, speaker and consultant to event-producing organizations.
