You Only Need These 2 Reasons

REASON 1:

Top-to-Top Networking

ECEF is the only event where 200 executives from associations and independent organizers can meet and discuss emerging opportunities. ECEF encourages networking in numerous ways:

  • Roster of clients with photos—Before you arrive at ECEF you'll receive a roster of registrants and their photos. Be prepared with a list of executives you want to meet. At ECEF, the roster will be included in your event app.
  • Pre-event Networking Reception—Tuesday evening reception brings together 100+ executives for relaxed networking.
  • Breakfast—The networking resumes first thing Wednesday morning.
  • Self-introductions—Introduce yourself to 200 peers.
  • Lunch—Assigned seating ensures that everyone makes new contacts.
  • Extended networking breaks—Ample break times ensure productive networking.
  • Closing Reception and TechDemo—The sessions adjourn but the networking continues with refreshments and demos of event-ready technologies.
  • LinkedIn group—It's a year-round conversation...an opportunity to consult and engage with an elite community in a safe, moderated space. Join now and get started.

REASON 2:

C-level Program

ECEF attendees value a program dedicated to keeping your organization, your brand, and your event relevant. Through good times and bad, ECEF has consistently pointed the way forward with sessions carefully curated by Sam Lippman:

  • Forward-thinking keynotes—Set aside your pre-conceived assumptions for a refreshing perspective on what's just around the corner. You may not always agree with the opening or closing keynoter, but you'll never be bored.
  • Exclusive research—Lippman Connects and Freeman collaborate year-round on surveys of event organizers. Get hard data on the practices of executives, exhibit and sponsorship sales departments, and attendee marketing departments.
  • Frank and focused discussion—Take one day a year to freely exchange ideas with peers who think "boardroom" and speak "executive." These 200 executives understand your challenges and share an enthusiasm for face-to-face events.
  • Immediate take-aways—You'll come away with a new horizon as well as innovations you'll want to implement ASAP.
  • Moderated by Sam Lippman—ECEF stays on point and runs on time—features of all Lippman Connects events. In addition to his more than three decades in exhibition management, Sam is an accredited facilitator.

May 26, 2020
  1.  Join over 125 of the  "Who's Who" in the industry for C-level networking in an informal setting.
May 27, 2020
  1. Sam Lippman, President, Lippman Connects will start the day with a data-driven overview, spotlighting top-line findings of the 2020 ECEF Pulse research. ECEF Pulse is conducted annually by Lippman Connects and Freeman. Get ready for five minutes of fresh insights delivered without fluff or filler.
  2. Chet Burchett, CEO, Reed Exhibitions, discusses how the power of purpose will keep exhibitions vibrant in the next decade, while data-enabled technology will keep us relevant. But woe to those who lose their sense of purpose to the glow of digital solutions or volume-led focus. Chet will focus our minds on the essential questions that drive our industry. And he will deliver a clear-eyed assessment of whether we can continue to meet the needs of future marketplaces.

  3. Each ECEF 2020 registrant stands and introduces themselves to the 200 executives in attendance.

  7. How a partnership between an association (SGIA) and leading media company (NAPCO Media) led to the development of PRINTING United, a brand new industry exhibition that revitalized and changed the entire landscape of the industry.
