Once again executives at independent and association event organisers will convene on the Wednesday after Memorial Day in the US for the Exhibition and Convention (ECEF). The annual one-day experience will be held on 31 May, 2023, at the Grand Hyatt in Washington DC, although a networking reception will kick off the action on 30 May.

“One thing we learned from the return to an in-person experience is that leaders need and value top-to-top networking, said Sam Lippman, president of ECEF organiser Lippman Connects.

Lippman personally curates and facilitates the programme, now heading for its 22nd edition. The sessions will feature C-level executives who will challenge preconceptions, promote conversation, and stimulate creative thinking. “The ECEF experience is geared to leaders actively looking for opportunities and insights,” Lippman added.

Another highly anticipated ECEF attraction is the annual TechDemo, featuring executive-level demonstrations of event tech solutions.
