Working tech in the exhibition and events industry for more than 30 years, Rich has multiple US and international patents, has served on numerous industry panels, committees, boards.  He currently is serving on IAEE, ESCA and NACS boards and chairs the technology committee of CEIR.  He has been named to the top 100 of Who's Who in the exhibition industry.
