  1. Face-to-face is back but with a significant shift to younger audiences. How does the generational shift translate into marketing strategy and long-term outlook? Will the tried-and-true appeals to professional development and the fear of missing out still work? What are the new skills needed to find more qualified prospects and convert them into loyal attendees? We'll engage in a frank exchange of strengths, weaknesses, and new directions.
  2. Of all the challenges for our industry emerging in the post-Covid era, none is more surprising – or thornier – than recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent. What are the advantages of working for a large show that have special appeal to young professionals?
