Freeman to provide virtual event platform for November’s ECEF 2020

Freeman to provide virtual event platform for November’s ECEF 2020

Following a nearly six month postponement due to the worldwide pandemic, Exhibition and Convention Executives Forum (ECEF) returns as a completely retooled virtual experience on 18 November, 2020.

ECEF selected Freeman to provide the virtual event platform for the event and also named Freeman as exclusive Gold Sponsor.

“I’m impressed in how they helped us re-think our strategy for a virtual format this year,” said Sam Lippman, President, Lippman Connects, producer of ECEF. “Collaborating with [the Freeman] team to produce this year’s event on the OnlineEvent Pro platform provides ECEF with a robust virtual experience delivering high value to organisers and sponsors alike.”

Freeman will bring an array of event technologies to ECEF’s TechDemo. More than a dozen event tech products and services from leading suppliers will be available to executives and technologists. This year’s TechDemo will debut on Wednesday, 18 November, with exclusive access for ECEF executive clients. A wider audience of technologists will be provided access 19-20 November.

“Freeman is excited about the opportunity to offer an engaging and productive integrated experience and help the ECEF community connect, share, and learn in new ways. This sponsorship is a wonderful addition to our continued partnership with Sam and ECEF,” said Bob Priest-Heck, CEO of Freeman. Priest-Heck will participate in the networking and information-exchange on 18 November.

Thanks to the elimination of travel expenses, greater convenience, and a lower registration fee, ECEF is expecting wide participation by executives at independent and association event-producing organisations from coast to coast and even abroad.
