Glenn is Founder and CEO of Reduce 2, Saving the Planet by Degree, which he created after his 43-year career at BPA Worldwide, where he was CEO for 23 years. Before Reduce 2, Glenn and his team assisted the Dubai government with incorporating sustainability in its hotel classification system leading up to Expo 2020. In 2022, He served as technical writer creating the MICE industry waste management standard for the government of Singapore.  

Glenn sits on UFI’s Sustainability and Audit Committees. He is an Associate Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner by AccountAbility and is a certified Lead Auditor Environmental Management Systems. He also serves on ISO working groups to refresh ISO standards as they pertain to the events industry either for measurement or sustainability.

Glenn is past treasurer of the International Advertising Association (IAA), past Chairman of the International Committee of the American Business Media, served 8 years on the Executive Board of the International Federation of Audit Bureaus of Circulation (IFABC). He also served four years on the Advisory Board of HCB Health, a full-service advertising agency serving healthcare brands based in Austin, TX. He is a member of the Union League Club of New York and its chair of the Pension Committee.
